Time: Mondays @ 6:00pm Large Group is our regularly held weekly gathering of members and newcomers. Large Group serves mainly to facilitate fellowship through messages, praise, prayer, and worship. On some weeks there are special presentations in the form of a skit, video, or musical performance. We conclude each night by chowing down on some FREE snacks. Leaders and staff gather to pray an hour before so that each night of Large Group may be covered in prayer. We also lift up any concerns that are prevalent for that the time. We invite anyone and everyone to join us in prayers of intercession. This is also a great time to seek out prayer if you are needing it. If you have any interest in helping out with our Large Group meetings, please contact Tim at historymaker522@aol.com. It helps if you have a specific area where you'd like to serve (e.g. special presentation, preparation, praise, refreshments, welcoming). *The room number for our Large Group inside the Kimmel Center is subject to change on a weekly basis.

Small Group is a ministry of NYU KCCC where members are assigned to small group leaders who then meet with them on a weekly basis with the main intention of developing each others personal relationship with God. As small groups meet throughout the semester, small group leaders will lead them in Bible study, fellowship, prayer, and evangelism. Small groups tend to be no larger than eight people and are of one gender. We believe that this allows for an ideal environment for members to build each other up. In Proverbs 27:17 it says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." If you are not part of a small group already and would like to join one, contact Sue Kim at sk786@nyu.edu. Because we are a ministry of KCCC, we will often interchange the Korean term "soon" for small group. And in the "soon" the small group leader is referred to as the "soonjang" while the other members of the small group are referred to as "soonwons." To read about the "Soon" or Small Group Principles of KCCC go to www.kcccusa.org. |

Times: Mondays @ 5:00pm There is no such thing as too much prayer. However, there is such a thing as not enough prayer. That is the purpose of campus prayer. It is a unique opportunity to pray over the spiritual needs of our campus. Individual prayer requests are also addressed as brothers and sisters come in need of intercession. Prayer is a powerful tool that God gives us. But more than that it brings all involved closer to Him. Let us come together to draw closer to God and in the process bring others closer to Him by laying such requests before Him. If you feel the need to share a prayer request at this moment, our staff are more than willing to take such requests and join you in prayer. The utmost care will be taken to keep your requests discreet. Tim can be reached at historymaker522@aol.com and Soo can be reached at sookim@kcccusa.org. |

Time: Fridays @ 9:00pm Every Friday, all-year round, students in NYC converge inside the Empire State Building at the King's College. All are invited, even encouraged to come out and to pray. Gethsemane Prayer is a prayer movement dedicated to 'standing in the gap' and to continually raising up intercessors for our campuses, cities, America, and for the world (Acts 1:8). Our vision is to see hundreds of today's college students tap into the power of prayer and develop discipline to pay the price of revival on their knees. Our mission is to inspire, teach, and facilitate students to pray; first by setting an example and second by gathering together to pray. Our commitment is to meet and pray every Friday night. |
